1. How does Zero Odor work?
Zero Odor seeks out and bonds with pet odor molecules of just about every kind, changing them into molecules that can never again cause odor. Happily for your nose and the much more sensitive nose of your pet, Zero Odor does this without leaving behind any scent of its own. Watch or read more about how Zero Odor works.
2. Is Zero Odor safe?

3. Where can Zero Odor be sprayed?
Zero Odor can be sprayed anywhere - in the air, on fabric and on just about any surface including directly on cat litter. Spray Zero Odor on your pet's bed, on pet-soiled and urine-contaminated carpet, in your car, and anywhere your pet might leave odor.
4. Can Zero Odor be sprayed directly on cat litter?
Zero Odor was specifically formulated to be sprayed on cat litter. Simply cover the surface of soiled or unsoiled litter with a mist of Zero Odor. Spray when you scoop or clean out the litter box. Whenever you detect odor, a light spray of Zero Odor can eliminate it. In our independent laboratory tests, Zero Odor was proven to be effective at eliminating litter odor. It is also safe for humans and cats. Watch or read what cat owners have to say about Zero Odor.
5. Will spraying with Zero Odor change my cat's litter box behavior?
Since the noses of cats are much more sensitive than ours, odor is often the reason they urinate and defecate outside the litter box. In our tests with hundreds of cat owners and additional tests performed by independent scientists, the vast majority of cats who previously eliminated outside the box returned to litter boxes sprayed with Zero Odor.
6. Is there any place Zero Odor should not be sprayed?
Zero Odor is not intended to be sprayed on pets or people.
7. Will Zero Odor be effective on deeply imbedded odor?

8. Does Zero Odor have a scent?
Zero Odor leaves behind no scent of its own. However, immediately after spraying Zero Odor you'll notice a slight, fresh smell. We call it a "Tracer Scent." Zero Odor's Tracer Scent is designed to allow you to know exactly where you sprayed and where you haven't when spraying a large area. Within a few minutes - often only a few seconds - the Tracer Scent completely disappears.
9. How long will Zero Odor last?
Just about anything sprayed by Zero Odor can become odorless. As long as the cause of the odor is not reintroduced, the odor will never return.
